Welcome to Longfei Taijiquan


For centuries Taijiquan ('Supreme Ultimate Boxing') has been practiced in China as a martial art, a health promoting exercise and a way of enhancing the flow of energy throughout the entire body. Taijiquan exercises are practiced slowly and gently to perfect the correct form. The movements are non-impact but they exercise the entire body, improving strength, stamina and flexibility particularly benefiting the joints. Because of the cohesive application of mind and body, the practice of Taijiquan helps to develop mental and physical balance and coordination thus leading to a deep sense of well-being and confidence.
